EsolverIntegral SAS, identified with Tax ID (NIT) 901.847.715-1, domiciled in the city of Bogotá D.C., Republic of Colombia, in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and other related regulations, adopts this policy applicable to the processing of personal data collected through the website www.esolverintegral.com and other contact channels.

1. Data controller

EsolverIntegral SAS acts as the controller of the personal data collected.

2. Purposes of processing

The personal data collected will be processed for the following purposes:

Commercial purposes:

  • Establish commercial contact with anyone who completes the form or writes through the enabled channels.
  • Respond to requests for information about the services offered.
  • Send commercial proposals, quotations, and informational material related to the services.
  • Comply with applicable contractual, legal, and regulatory obligations.
  • Follow up on the commercial relationship and keep data subjects informed about service updates.

Recruitment and hiring purposes:

  • Receive, evaluate, and manage résumés and expressions of interest sent by people who wish to join EsolverIntegral SAS.
  • Carry out selection processes, including interviews, technical tests, and reference checks.
  • Contact candidates during the process and communicate results.
  • Keep résumés in a talent database for the time necessary to consider candidates in future processes, unless the data subject expressly requests deletion.

3. Data collected

Through the commercial contact channels, the following data is collected: full name, company, email address, phone number, and the information the data subject voluntarily decides to include in the message field.

Through the recruitment channels, the data contained in the résumé and the information the candidate voluntarily decides to share is collected, including identification data, contact data, academic background, professional experience, certifications, and work references. EsolverIntegral SAS does not request sensitive data for the selection process. If a candidate voluntarily decides to include information of this nature in their résumé, such information will be processed with the reinforced safeguards provided for in Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013.

4. Rights of the data subject

In compliance with article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012, the data subject has the right to:

  • Know, update, and rectify their personal data.
  • Request proof of the authorization granted.
  • Be informed about the use given to their personal data.
  • File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for violations of the regulations.
  • Revoke the authorization and request deletion of the data when the constitutional and legal principles, rights, and guarantees are not respected.
  • Access, free of charge, their personal data that has been subject to processing.

5. Browsing data and cookies

The website uses technical cookies necessary for its operation and for the appointment scheduling tool integrated into it. These cookies enable the operation of the site and the user session. The website also uses Vercel's analytics service, which collects browsing data in aggregate form in order to measure site performance and understand its use, without individually identifying the visitor. The website does not use third-party tracking pixels for advertising purposes. The data subject can configure their browser to block or delete cookies, with the caveat that some site features depend on them.

6. Mechanisms to exercise rights

The data subject can exercise their rights by sending a request to the email admin@esolverintegral.com, clearly indicating the right they wish to exercise and providing the information necessary to validate their identity. EsolverIntegral SAS will respond within the terms provided for in Law 1581 of 2012.

7. Validity

This policy is effective as of its publication and will remain in force while EsolverIntegral SAS develops its corporate purpose. The personal data collected will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described and the applicable legal obligations.
