A short, clear path from your data to your decision.

We work with you in six steps: an initial conversation, an assessment of your data, a tailored proposal, a pilot on your own operation, the rollout, and continuous support.

Meeting room with a diagram of the five phases of the work process.

Our process follows a simple principle: you decide with clear information at every stage, and we prove the value before asking you for a long commitment. Each step has a concrete deliverable, a bounded timeframe, and an outcome that leaves you with something useful, whether we move forward or not.

Six steps, with a clear deliverable in each one.

Each step delivers something concrete and leaves you in a better position than at the start. The conversation begins with a 30-minute meeting and advances at your pace; you set the next step with the information you receive.

01

Initial conversation

30 minutes, online

We talk about your operation, your monitoring networks, and the challenge you have on your hands today. We listen to how you manage your data, what decisions you make with it, and what you would like to anticipate. Together we identify the first point where your data already holds an answer ready to be read.

What you receive

An initial reading of the challenge, a clear idea of where to start, and a first order-of-magnitude estimate.

02

Technical assessment

45 minutes, online

We go deeper into the selected challenge. We review with you the detail of your data sources, their frequency, their quality, and the systems you already have in operation. We verify that the available data allows us to build the solution, and we define its scope.

What you receive

A brief technical assessment with the possible scope, the requirements on your side, and a first estimate of the effort.

03

Tailored proposal

3 to 5 business days, from the assessment

We prepare a proposal tailored to your operation, with the service that fits the challenge, the pilot work plan, the schedule, and the price. The proposal arrives in writing, with full detail, without hidden conditions.

What you receive

A written proposal with scope, schedule, deliverables, and a firm price.

04

Pilot on your own operation

4 to 6 weeks, depending on the challenge

We implement the solution on a bounded sample of your operation, for example a control room, a line, or a group of equipment. We connect to your data, centralize the time series, clean them, and deliver the first results on your own case. You verify the value with your figures, not with our promises.

What you receive

The solution running on a sample of your operation, with the first dashboards, alerts, or operational reports, and a pilot report with the measured results.

05

Rollout

2 to 4 weeks, depending on the scope

We extend the solution to the full scope agreed in the proposal. We connect the remaining data sources, configure the limits and thresholds, integrate with your internal systems, and train your team in the daily use of the platform.

What you receive

The solution in operation, integrated with your systems, with your team trained and the user documentation ready for reference.

06

Continuous support

Ongoing, for the term of your subscription

We keep the solution in operation, update the models with your new data, monitor data quality, and handle your adjustment requests. We sustain a periodic review of the value delivered, with figures comparable to those of the pilot.

What you receive

Technical support, model updates, managed infrastructure, and a periodic value review with figures in plain view.

Five principles that guide every step.

The challenge leads, not the technology.

We start from your situation; the model and the tool come afterward, in service of the challenge.

Proof before you pay.

The pilot shows you the value on your own data, with your figures, before any annual commitment.

Conservative figures.

We speak of prudent ranges based on our application cases; your actual result depends on your operation, and we confirm it with your own data.

One thing at a time.

We address one main challenge per stage; the next is prioritized with the already-proven value of the previous one.

Partners where they add value.

When your challenge requires installing sensors or integrating systems, we work with the instrumentation provider or the specialized integrator; our layer is the analysis of the data.

What each of us puts on the table.

The process advances with the information you already have; we do not ask you to buy new equipment or redesign your operation. These are the minimum contributions on your side for the work to flow.

A liaison person.

A counterpart from your team who knows the operation and the data, and who coordinates the sessions with you.

Access to the data.

A way to access your monitoring networks, through an application programming interface or file export.

Operational context.

The description of how your process operates today, what decisions are made, and with what information they are made.

Pilot time.

The availability to review the first results with you and validate the figures on your own case.

The analytics layer that completes what you already have.

Work method.

A proven six-step process, with clear deliverables and bounded timeframes.

Models and analytics.

Artificial intelligence models trained on your own data, tuned to your operation.

Operated platform.

The infrastructure that centralizes, cleans, and analyzes your data, with support, updates, and backups.

Support from an expert team.

A consulting team in applied artificial intelligence, data strategy, governance, and information security.

The first step is a conversation of 30 minutes.

No commitment, with a clear idea of where to start and a first reading of your challenge. You decide the next step with the information you receive.
